Explanation from Frank Pavlak (PECO): My understanding from Bill Mullon (FHHCO) was that his grandfather (William Mullon) owned a place called Brooklyn Iron Works and made three ornamental wreaths. One went to Green-Wood Cemetery, one to Protection and one he kept, eventually giving it to Bill. When Bill died it was given to Murph (John Murray, FHHCO, who is somehow related) and Murph donated it to the Firemen's Home Museum. Wreath decoration that hung on PECO building for many years.
